Net Solutions exists for one practical problem: matching foreign training to German recognition rules and employer expectations without drowning you in generic relocation tips.
We work from Homburg in Saarland with clients across Germany who need clarity on Anerkennung, document order, and how to describe their status in applications. The practice grew from years of watching skilled people lose months to incomplete files and letters that never named the right authority.
How we approach the work
Every engagement starts with your certificates and the occupation you want to practise or pursue in Germany — not with a personality test or a broad “career redesign.” We read forms, compare training content to German reference occupations, and write down next steps you can execute yourself or with your employer.
We stay close to public guidance from recognition portals and competent authorities, while translating that language into checklists and calendars. When a question requires a lawyer or a chamber examiner, we say so and do not pretend a consultation replaces those roles.
Who you work with
Elena Vogt leads recognition pathway sessions. Her background is in adult vocational counselling and cross-border labour market advising in the Saarland–Lorraine region. She focuses on regulated and semi-regulated occupations, partial recognition letters, and document sequencing.
Jonas Richter runs application planning and interview preparation. He previously coached hiring processes inside mid-sized German employers in industry and healthcare administration, and now helps candidates structure Lebenslauf and Anschreiben around recognition status.
