Terms of use
These terms govern use of netsolutions.digital and engagements with Net Solutions for employment consulting in Germany.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or booking a consultation with Net Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
2. Who we are
Net Solutions provides employment consulting focused on recognition of foreign qualifications and application planning for work in Germany. Contact details appear in the site footer and on the Contact page.
3. Services described online
Descriptions of consultations, fees, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm a booking in writing (email is sufficient) and, where applicable, a deposit is received. We do not process payments through this website.
4. No guarantee of authority decisions
Recognition bodies, chambers, employers, and language examiners make independent decisions. Our advice and document preparation do not guarantee approval, job offers, visa outcomes, or processing times.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and information you supply, for meeting authority deadlines, and for obtaining certified translations or legal advice when required. You should keep originals and copies of everything submitted.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, pathway notes templates, and materials we create remain the intellectual property of Net Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use personalised pathway notes and letter drafts for your own recognition and job applications. You may not resell or republish our materials.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content through forms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Net Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost job opportunities, or authority delays arising from factors outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law, including for intent or gross negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the applicable jurisdiction for our place of business shall have competence, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new website use and new bookings after the update date.
