This policy explains how Net Solutions processes personal data when you use netsolutions.digital or enquire about employment consulting in Germany.

2. Data we collect
When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, optional consultation interest, occupation details, preferred date, and message content. If you book a session we may also process certificates, training records, and correspondence needed to advise you. Server logs may include IP address and basic technical metadata.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling consultations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in answering messages).
- Delivering agreed consulting work and keeping related records (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Operating essential site functions and security (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically kept up to 12 months. Client files for completed consultations are retained for up to 6 years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a longer statutory period applies. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
5. Recipients
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Where a consultation requires sharing information with a third party you nominate (for example an employer HR contact), we do so only with your direction.
6. International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where applicable.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany.
8. Children
Our services are directed at adults seeking employment-related consulting. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Updates
