Refunds, cancellations & deposits
This policy applies to paid consultations with Net Solutions — recognition advising, application planning, document review, and interview preparation.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to consulting fees you paid directly to Net Solutions for a booked session or document review. Authority fees, translation costs, course tuition, and other third-party charges are outside this policy.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests should be sent to hello@netsolutions.digital. Cancellations received at least 48 hours before a scheduled live session are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that session, minus any non-refundable deposit portion described below when work has already started.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: You cancel 48+ hours before a live session and we have not yet delivered a written pathway note or completed document review work.
- Partial refund: You cancel inside 48 hours, or after preparatory review of your documents has begun. We may retain up to 50% of the session fee to cover preparation already performed.
- No refund: You fail to attend without notice (no-show), or the consultation / written review has been fully delivered.
Deposits
Deposits that reserve a calendar slot are credited toward the session fee. If you cancel outside the full-refund window, the deposit may be retained as part of the partial refund calculation.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later or repeated reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules, and a new deposit may be required.
Work already started
For document file review, once we have opened your materials and begun annotated feedback, the engagement is considered started. If you withdraw, a partial refund reflects completed work.
Materials
Personalised pathway notes and drafts delivered to you remain yours to keep. We do not reclaim delivered digital advice materials upon refund of unused future sessions.
Refund process & timing
Email hello@netsolutions.digital with your booking date and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. This policy does not cover outcomes of recognition authorities or employers.
