Who this is for

Professionals, tradespeople, and graduates whose training was completed outside Germany You may hold a university degree, a vocational certificate, or a professional licence from another country and need a clear path through German recognition rules before or while you apply for work.

What you leave with

After the flagship recognition session you receive a written pathway note naming the likely competent authority, a document checklist matched to that route, a realistic sequence of steps (including translation decisions), and plain-language wording you can reuse when employers ask about your Anerkennung status.

Scope

Included: a pre-session questionnaire, a 90-minute working appointment (in person in Homburg or by video), review of the certificates and training summaries you upload, and a follow-up summary by email within three business days.

Not included: certified translations, authority filing fees, legal representation in disputes, or guaranteed approval by any recognition body. We prepare and advise; authorities decide.

How we work

1. You send your certificates, subject lists, and a short work history before the session.
2. Together we identify whether your occupation is regulated, which Land or federal office is relevant, and what evidence is missing.
3. We draft your next actions in order — what to translate first, what to request from your training school, and when to open the formal file.
4. You receive the written pathway note and can book document review or application planning as follow-on work.

Duration & delivery

90-minute working session, plus written follow-up. Sessions are held from our Homburg office or online. Preparation on your side usually takes one to two weeks if records must be requested from abroad.

Fees
